Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Grace’s Bags, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.


Returns

  • Timeframe:
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your bag to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid 24 hours after ordering.

  • Condition:
    To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Process:
    To start a return, please email me at support@graces-bags.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not I do not offer free returns. And Returns are send back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia.


Refunds

  • Inspection:
    Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing:
    If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at support@graces-bags.com

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me at support@graces-bags.com and I will assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
